Privacy, Legal and IP Policies
Non-public and personal information pertaining to individuals, clients, and prospective clients will be:
- Limited to the information needed to provide requested services
- Collected and retained only after receiving opt-in consent for a specific defined use
- Protected from unauthorized access
- Used only for the stated purposes for which it is collected/retained
- Retained for no longer than three (3) years from the most recent interaction
- Disclosed to the Data Subject upon authenticated request during the period in which it is retained
- Destroyed/deleted upon authorized Data Subject Request (notwithstanding outstanding Data Subject obligations to Privata Vox)

Privata Vox, LLC is not affiliated with, nor does it receive remuneration of any kind or in any manner from insurance underwriters, products or agencies.
Protection of Client's Intellectual Property
Privata Vox, LLC considers the confidentiality of non-public client trade information an inflexible imperative. In support of this professional ethic, and in addition to its standard Client-facing Privata Vox Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a similar, legally-binding NDA is executed by any and all employees, agents, and subcontractors.
Protection of Privata Vox Intellectual Property
Privata Vox, LLC reserves, and may enforce by any and all available remedies, all rights related to the protection of its intellectual property and defense of trademarked and copyrighted material. No Privata Vox, LLC copyrighted materials, forms, statistics, charts, photos, or images may be reproduced in whole or part, nor physically or electronically distributed, posted, or conveyed in any manner without prior written consent from Privata Vox, LLC and appropriate attribution.
While Privata Vox, LLC will, at all times and in all matters, respect and ensure that no non-public trade information pertaining to or derived from any client will be exchanged or conveyed to another client, competitor, or any third party, the company reserves the right to provide services to other clients in the same geographic territory, same field of endeavor, or otherwise considered to be direct competitors unless constrained from doing so by a prior written agreement to retain Privata Vox, LLC services on an exclusive basis.
At no time will Privata Vox or its agents accept an engagement that is ethically compromising insofar as it represents a conflict of interest, violation of a client agreement, government regulation, or law.
